We focus on investigating newly emerging phases and quantum phenomena in novel hybrid structures. Hybrid-structures, such as stacked heterostructures based on layered chalcogenides and graphene not only offer new platforms for studying novel quantum-mechanical effects, but also allow development of quantum devices operating based on novel principles.
