Welcome to Sungjae Cho’s group in the Physics Department @ KAIST! Our lab studies quantum transport in mesoscopic devices. We explore electronic, spintronic and thermoelectric properties of nanostructured materials such as graphene, topological insulators and transition metal dichalcogenides.
